My luggage had been delayed for a week so I filed a claim for reimbursement with Squaremouth upon the return of my trip. I called the number that was provided and was impressed with the agents’ knowledge and guidance. Detailed paperwork was needed; I filed it and was reimbursed the full expected amount. Within a month my check was in the bank. Excellent service and communication. Will certainly use Squaremouth again.
