We are in the process of filing a medical claim and so far they have been very helpful.
Squaremouth makes it easy to select the appropriate level of travel insurance.
Easy to purchase. Easy to speak to customer service when I needed to see a clinic after catching a virus in Japan. Robinassist was very nice and helped me identify a clinic in Yokohama to call, although provided no help in making the appointment itself. Final review on this policy will be based on if there will be any response to the small claim I filed upon return. I got an email saying claim received (2 weeks) ago, but after that no communication.
Very easy to make a couple of date changes by phone at no extra cost after initial purchase.

Promised the world and want to give as little as possible when you need them. October 2026
Our European trip in Sep - Oct of 2026 came off with no problems whatsoever. After the initial purchase of insurance from Travel Insured International we had no reason to interact with them. The purchase through Squaremouth was straightforward and very easy.
Provided all the forms needed to file a claim and settled it in a timely manner.
I called today to see if I should file a claim. We were delayed in our first leg of the journey by 8 hours. The rep told me I could file for reimbursement of our food while we had to wait, but it was a small amount—all good.
All good. Didn’t need them.
