Purchasing my policy was incredibly easy. I also had to make one change to my policy after the initial plan was purchased, and that too went very smoothly.
Peace of mind in uncertain times (geopolitical)
I have not yet been reimbursed so I do not know how to respond with a rating of your claim process. I submitted my claim by mail.
So far it seems like insurance made easy.

The webpage wasn’t clear to navigate and the process of uploading the documents was cumbersome. It wasn’t always clear why the document wasn’t uploading. It would also have been nice to have a summary page for myself as well as the agent to see if anything was missed. This is akin to being able to see the forrest before you see the trees. The only reason that I’m only giving 4 stars is because of the short comings of the web interface.
every step flawless
We have submitted a claim for one excursion that we missed due to long lines at the FCO airport. We hope that this process goes smoothly, as all documentation has been submitted. Please check back with me to find out if there has been a resolution. Thanks.

Thank you for following up on this claim. I did provide many pieces of documentation and I think that helped, along with your monitoring. Thanks.
I visited medical on my cruise on day four and was diagnosed with pneumonia. Received treatments and medication and a large packet of documents for insurance claim.
Called customer service number on the paperwork provided by square mouth.Travel Insured International uses a third party to process claims called Robin Assist. I received an email which instructed me to scan all documents and receipts and attached it to the email. This was a bit overwhelming for me since I had close to forty pages of information. I took it to Staples,an office supply store and they assisted me with sending the information.
I also called the number for Travel International and spoke to representative there. I asked if I could copy the documents and mail them directly to them. I am awaiting a form by mail and intended to file the "old school way" also as backup. I am awaiting response from either party.

Fair price. Peace of mind. Never filed claim
Canceled trip. Made no claim. Asked to get credit for insurance -- denied. Moved on.
Common carrier flight was delayed, missed connecting flight to Germany, airline rebooked me and I was delayed over 20 hours, missed part of my tour and missed my pre tour hotel that was non refundable. Filed a claim with Travel Insured International on line a week ago and have still not heard a thing, nor have they reached out to me, I try to log on to see status of claim, and there is no updates yet.
