I have been recommended by a friend. I had to go to the hospital in Portugal but was nothing to worry about, still I do not have the the bill yet of the cost of the visit but since is first time to buy a travel insurance I contacted the insurance and explained. Everything is going smoothly and very satisfactory help.

Well, we didn’t need to make a claim on the insurance, it gave us great peace of mind to know that the insurance was there if something happened. Our trip was almost disrupted by volcanic eruptions in Sicily. I’m not sure how the insurance would have responded to a natural disaster like that if our trip had to be canceled. Thankfully, we didn’t have to test it! The underwriting and purchasing process was smooth, and the customer service was great. I would definitely use this service again.

I needed to make correction on my policy the day before I left. They were quick to help me and sent the updated policy a couple of days later.

Very easy to purchase policy online or by phone. I called to correct my mailing address and change was handled promptly. Glad I didn't have to make a claim.
