It was easy to reach customer service with my pre trip questions.

My interaction with the sale rep was very professional and helpful. She explained in detail the policy conditions and was very knowledgable about the product.

Pre-departure I was pleased to receive policy information, ID cards and other information from Seven Corners. While I was happy with the policy coverage and price, what I am really buying is the insurer’s promise to pay for legitimate claims. Since my claim is still in progress, I do not yet have a final opinion to offer.

During my illness while travelling, Seven Corners was responsive and helpful. However, I found the claim forms onerous, especially the requirement to get physicians’ signatures and statements in a foreign country. This would be near impossible if I had already returned home before obtaining the claim forms. This requirement therefore should not be mandatory. The evidence of bills paid and medical reports should be sufficient.

Working with the on-line trip insurance program was easy. Had a trip delay. Customer Service representatives were extremely helpful in explaining how to file a claim and what documentation was needed.

I had a couple of technical coverage questions that were answered promptly and pleasantly.

They were helpful & friendly when I had questions and had to change my dates by a day or two.
I just booked a new cruise for October 2027 and selected Seven Corners through Squaremouth again.

All components of working with Seven Corners was excellent. Several weeks before our departure, we decided to extend our trip by two days. I called Seven Corners and received an immediate date extension of our coverage on our policy. The epitome of great customer service.
We will be using Seven Corners on our next travel excursion.
