We really appreciate the scope and depth of the coverage you have. We did have a medical event while in Rome and we were a bit taken aback at how unhelpful Four Corners was in helping us find a doctor. Perhaps we misinterpreted the extent of the coverage and the assistance that is or is not provided. Fortunately, we did find a good doctor and got the treatment needed. Now we are trying to submit the expenses for the medical treatment and that is proving a little more challenging than expected.

We filed a claim with Seven Corners following our most recent international travel. Multiple flight cancellations at the start of our trip caused us to arrive at our destination one day late. We have just received notification our claim was denied although we were given a settlement of $1000.00 under the "missed tour connection benefit". This is far less than what we paid out-of-pocket for last-minute rescheduled flights, additional lodging, and lost pre-paid lodging at our destination. It seems the benefits of comprehensive travel insurance are minor and overall a very poor investment. We won't use Seven Corners again.

Seven Corners is right there with you through any travel issues you might have. They are friendly, prompt and are everything you would hope for in a travel insurance company if you need them. Peace of mind and no hassle. Hope they never change this it's unique in the industry and why I keep coming back to them for all of my world travels and my family world travels.

I did not give you top scores simply because my interaction with Seven Corners was minimal: a phone call to clarify one aspect of the policy I was about to buy. A simple question responded promptly with a simple answer.
The quality of service is tested in difficult situations. This was a very basic interaction.
Luckily we did not need to use the policy so I cannot comment on anything else.
I applaud your policy of following up to check customer's satisfaction. This is another good sign.

We had travel medical insurance. The medical services were provided by the medical center on a cruise ship. Seven Corners customer service was very helpful with the process and mechanics of filing a claim. During the cruise we got a good idea of what documentation we needed to get from the ship. The documents required were reasonable, and the claim was approved expeditiously and in full. And our checks arrived reasonably promptly. We would use Seven Corners again.

When I changed my itinerary, the lady at Customer Service handled it very well.

For my last trip in December25/January26 I filed a claim to Seven Corners after I got back and it was the best experience. The interaction was personal and very professional. I will always travel with Seven Corners in the future (as I have in the past) because I have the security now that in case I need assistance they will own up to it!
