IMG Travel Insurance Reviews

I plan on putting in a claim with my primary insurance and if needed put in a claim with you.

Everything went well. So lucky we did not need to file a claim.

I decided on IMG because of the price. I wasn't confident based on reviews of people who were having trouble filing claims. We purchased a plan with them anyway. Plus some friends have usrd this com. IMG sent me documentation included a card for me, but not my husband. I emailed them. It took several days for them to get back to me. Because of this oversight and the slowness of their response I am REALLY glad we didn't have to file a claim.

Squaremouth is a user friendly comparison website for selecting insurance.
As my sister died days before the intended departure date, I canceled my trip. I have filed a claim and am awaiting word from IMG.
I did not interact with anyone when signing up as it was easy to do online via Squaremouth.

So far it is fine. I submitted va claim and am waiting for a response.

Our trip was completely shut down due to airline delays. The trip was a no go. I canceled everything I could for refunds but was left with some lodging loss . IMG handled my claim quickly, and essentially kept us from a finically loss. Thank you IMG.

The claim to be reimbursed because the trip was cancelled due to medical reasons was filed with IMG and mailed 8/12/2026.I have not received any notifications by email of the review or outcome. Please expedite this claim.

My initial contact with IMG was very pleasant and professional. My second and most recent contact was also professional. It was very comforting to know that my travel to Africa was covered and I had nothing to worry about. The trip was amazing and I had no reason to contact to contact IMG - all went well!

We used the online application; it was easy to use. Also called an agent for Q&A and all of our questions were answered. We received all pertinent information regarding the process and insurance. I will use IMG again in the future.
